Noon expands customer service operations in KSA creating hundreds of new jobs

The digital marketplace is recruiting local hires to support customer excellence

Riyadh, KSA. June 22, 2021: noon.com, the region’s homegrown digital marketplace, is proud to announce the expansion of its customer service operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, creating hundreds of jobs for local Saudi youth. Noon’s mission is to enable and empower the region’s youth by creating opportunities for them to participate in the digital economy.

Noon’s customer service operations are driven by a local workforce connected through quality technology infrastructure that allows people to work safely from home. Roles recruited include Customer Service Profiles such as Agents, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Trainers, and Quality Auditors. The expansion will help improve noon’s customer experience and support the rapid growth of noon’s customer base in the Kingdom. Noon will hire, train, and empower young Saudis as part of the initiative to help boost employment, develop skill sets and drive the local economy further

Noon’s Saudi customer service team will be made up of local hires working in the capital, Riyadh, and remotely across Saudi Arabia. noon is eager to promote flexible and remote working options  wherever possible across its programs to drive employment of the local youth.

Noon publicly launched operations in KSA in December 2017. Since then, noon has grown to become the region’s leading digital marketplace, topping app store charts and creating the biggest sale in the Middle East – the Yellow Friday Sale.

In late 2020, noon launched its dedicated grocery platform, noon Daily, in Riyadh, and Jeddah. Customers in both cities can now use noon Daily to order fresh groceries and supermarket essentials online, with no minimum order and super-fast delivery to their doorsteps.

At the start of the year, noon also launched noon VIP, its customer loyalty program, across KSA. Now live in KSA, UAE and Egypt, noon VIP offers customers exclusive benefits such as one percent cashback on all noon orders, free next-day delivery on noon express orders, and priority customer service.
