Zbooni, MENA’s pioneering cCommerce (connected commerce) platform, has had a record-breaking year in 2022, growing at the fastest rate in its history.

Zbooni helps businesses with a proprietary suite of cCommerce tools which enable its merchants to sell more effectively via social and messaging apps, the company revealed in a press communique.

The most exciting result of the year for Zbooni is that thousands of businesses using its platform grew their sales volume by an average 76 percent this year, with an average order value of more than AED 800 (US$ 220).

To celebrate this success, Zbooni highlights these insights and more in its upcoming spotlight report ‘MENA cCommerce–2022 Year in Review’. It reveals some of the key trends within cCommerce witnessed by the company over the past year.

“We are thrilled to see such impressive growth and success for businesses using cCommerce in the MENA region,” remarked Ramy Assaf, Co-founder and CEO, Zbooni. “It highlights the increasing popularity and potential of cCommerce, and we look forward to continuing to support and grow the industry in the coming years,” he continued.

On average, cCommerce merchants recorded a 42 percent increase in transactions during the Black Friday sales season compared to the previous year, with November and December the busiest months for cCommerce.
