Dubai, UAE – 5 August 2026: Aramex (DFM: ARMX), a leading global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, today announced its financial results for the second quarter (“Q2”) and first half (“H1”) ending 30 June 2026.

Amadou Diallo, Group Chief Executive Officer, said: “The strength of this years’ second quarter results reflects the progress we are making in executing our strategy. In Q2 2026, we delivered our highest quarterly revenues in Aramex’s history, achieved the highest Freight Forwarding revenue while also significantly improving profitability. The robust performance demonstrates the resilience of our business and the strength of our diversified operating model.

Throughout the quarter, our teams remained focused on supporting our customers despite continued disruption across the region. By leveraging the flexibility of our network, and our diversified multimodal capabilities, we adapted quickly to changing operating conditions and ensured uninterrupted services while prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of our employees. This response reflects the principles that guide how we operate; mainly through Alignment, Accountability, Agility and Adaptability.

Together, the 4As provide a practical framework for execution, aligning our teams around customer outcomes, reinforcing clear ownership, enabling faster decision-making and strengthening our ability to respond to changing market conditions. They are helping us operate with greater consistency across the Group while empowering our teams closer to the markets and customers they serve.

We are also seeing the continued positive impact of Accelerate28 reflected in our financial performance. Disciplined management of operating costs and overheads, together with continued execution of our transformation initiatives, is contributing to improved profitability and strengthening the business for sustainable growth.”

Financial Performance Commentary

Aramex’s revenue growth accelerated materially in Q2 2026, with Group revenues increasing 22% YoY to AED 1.83 billion, representing the Company’s highest quarterly revenue in Aramex’s history. May and June each delivered record monthly revenues, lifting H1 2026 Group revenues to AED 3.43 billion, an increase of 12% compared with H1 last year.

The strong performance was led by Freight Forwarding, which achieved the highest quarterly revenue in Aramex’s history. Growth was supported by strong customer demand, pricing discipline and the Company’s diversified multimodal offering. Despite continued disruption across the region, Aramex leveraged its agile operating model and flexible network to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements while maintaining the highest standard of services across its operations.

Operational initiatives, including new Europe-to-Middle East land routing solutions and expanded Air and Sea project charter operations, helped sustain customer trade flows while proactive commercial measures mitigated the impact of elevated fuel prices across several markets.

Domestic Express continued to deliver solid growth during the quarter, while International Express shipment volumes stabilized following the declines experienced in previous periods, reflecting a more balanced performance across the portfolio.

Gross Profit increased 19% YoY to AED 392 million during Q2 2026, while Gross Profit for the first half reached AED 734 million, an increase of 6% compared with the same period last year. Gross Profit Margin remained at 21.4% during both the quarters and the first half, reflecting the evolution of the Group’s product mix together with disciplined cost management.

Strong revenue growth, disciplined management of operating costs and overheads, together with the contribution of Accelerate28 initiatives, supported a significant improvement in profitability during the quarter.

EBIT grew by 173% to AED 87 million compared with normalized Q2 2025 EBIT, while Net Profit increased seven-fold to AED 47 million compared with normalized Q2 2025 Net Profit.

For the first half of 2026, EBIT increased by 46% to AED 139 million, with EBIT margin expanding to 4.1% from 3.1% compared with normalized H1 2025 results, while Net Profit reached AED 64 million, compared with normalized Net Profit of AED 33 million in H1 2025, reflecting stronger operating performance across the business and the measurable contribution of Accelerate28 initiatives.

Looking ahead, Aramex remains focused on efficiencies in execution, strengthening operational performance and profitability while continuing to invest in capabilities that support future growth. The Company remains committed to delivering reliable yet agile solutions for its customers, responding to evolving market requirements and creating sustainable long-term value for its shareholders.
