MFC Group appoints Prashant Chothani as it’s Head of Chartering

Modern Freight Company (MFC) Group has further strengthened their expanding MFC Extreme Projects division with the appointment of Prashant Chothani as the new Head of Chartering.

With a proven track record of executing major projects across the GCC & Indian Subcontinent, Prashant brings over 18 years of experience to his new role.

Laurance Langdon, General Manager for MFC Group, says: “We are pleased to welcome Prashant to MFC. His in-depth experience and knowledge of project handling & global sea chartering fits perfectly with our expansion plans and growth.”

Prashant brings a wide and varied background to MFC, “I am truly humbled and honoured to have been offered this position with MFC. I am very excited to bring my innovative ideas and expertise to this position, which will further strengthen our customer offering and global partnerships.”

Established in 1977, MFC is one of the UAE’s early pioneers in providing end-to-end logistics solutions. With a 50,000 sqm warehouse facility located in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, MFC delivers an array of warehousing and distribution solutions, together with a long history of project and customs expertise. A neutral partner of choice across the GCC and now offering global chartering.
