These ISO certifications are also an assurance that the company has robust, clearly defined procedures in place in all business areas such as quality management system, documentation, and data as well as strong business continuity processes.
To achieve this certification, the company completed a thorough analysis of its business processes and underwent a rigorous evaluation process which included, quality management system development, documentation reviews, and several audits amongst other parameters, a press statement revealed.
