Dubai’s S Hotel Group inaugurates new property in Al Jaddaf

The S19 is the latest addition to the UAE’s growing mid-market segment

The S Hotel Group, a fast-growing premier hotel management company in Dubai, recently announced the opening of S19 Hotel Al Jaddaf, reinforcing its contribution to the UAE’s hospitality and tourism industry.

Located in the historic centre of Dubai overlooking the Dubai Creek, the 94-rooms property is the Group’s second hotel in the city and is expected to appeal to business and leisure travelers and families. It houses an all-day dining venue, lobby lounge, gym and swimming pool among other premium amenities.

“With the opening of S19 Hotel Al Jaddaf, we aim to contribute to the UAE’s growing mid-market hotel segment. As we head towards the opening of Expo 2020 in October, we expect to welcome millions of visitors who want to experience the beauty of Dubai,” affirmed Sameh El Amri, General Manager, S Hotel Group.

Central location

The hotel, within close proximity to the Al Jaddaf Metro Station, features modern executive rooms in king and twin categories, all elegantly furnished with city views for a comfortable stay, the Group said in a press communiqué.

Dining options include the Fusion restaurant offering international and Arabic dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can also head to the hotel’s fitness centre fitted with the latest equipment with digital technologies for fitness, sport, and health, the press note continued.  

Sustainability is key in this property featuring smart lighting systems, energy saving shower heads, solar heating system, a building management system and an electrical vehicle charging facilities.

The ceremonial inauguration was conducted by Ahmad Khalifa AlFalasi, CEO, Corporate Services & Investment, DTCM in the presence of Adnan Abdulrahman Abdulla Sharafi, Founder S Hotel Group;  Abdulla Abdulrahman Abdulla Sharafi, President, Sharafi Holdings and  Sameh El Amri.

Formed in 2018, the mid-market hotels Group’s portfolio includes 3- and 4-star vacation homes, hotels and hotel apartments in the UAE.
