Juma Al Majid Est, the exclusive distributors for Hyundai and Genesis in the UAE, recently hosted Hyundai Motor Company President and CEO Jae-Hoon ‘Jay’ Chang.

The head of the Korean car brand visited the showroom in Dubai to coincide with forty years of the successful partnership. As part of the visit, Abdullah and Majid Al Majid, members of the Juma Al Majid Holding Group; Omar Al Zubaidi, Head, Genesis Middle East and Africa, and Suliman AlZaben, Director of Hyundai and Genesis UAE, were present.

Suliman AlZaben, director of Hyundai and Genesis UAE, said: “Our 40-year partnership with Hyundai is one we hold with absolute merit. As recipients of the Best Customer Satisfaction awards for the GCC and MENA regions, we are focused on our mission to deliver world-class experiences at every touchpoint of the customer journey.

Over the years, Juma Al Majid Est has fulfilled great achievements for the Hyundai brand, including a number of CSR initiatives, a strategic partnership with Fujairah Police to install mobile charging spots inside police stations, and the Hyundai UAE Training Academy that was launched in 2019 to empower its workforce.

Additionally, the Dubai Police General Command added the first SUV from Hyundai’s premium brand, the Genesis GV80, to its fleet of luxury patrol cars, in 2021 and in line with the Dubai 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
