Al Masaood Automobiles, the authorised distributor for Nissan in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region, recently opened its newly renovated Nissan service centre in Al Ain.

The facility was inaugurated in the presence of Khalifa Abdulla Al Masaood, Board Member, Al Masaood Group; Irfan Tansel, Chief Executive Officer, Al Masaood Automobiles; Thierry Sabbagh, President, Nissan Saudi Arabia and Managing Director, Nissan Middle East; along with senior management executives from Nissan Middle East and Al Masaood Automobiles.

The company’s redesigned 105,000-square-foot facility, which was originally established in 1978 and continually upgraded, now embodies the Nissan Retail Concept (NRC), Nissan’s globally consistent brand experience that offers enhanced customer services across all touchpoints.

The new concept aims to deliver an upgraded brand experience, optimised design, seamless service process, and digital environment.

With the capacity to accommodate more than 200 vehicles daily, the new service centre features a total of 107 working bays, 62 for mechanical work and 45 for body-shop services, in addition to eight washing bays and 160 parking slots.

“With this facility opening, we aim to set new benchmarks in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi’s automotive aftersales market and elevate our customers’ experience with us, in line with Al Masaood Automobiles’ mission and values,” commented Tansel.

“Marking the second facility to adopt Nissan’s globally consistent retail standards, the newly renovated Nissan service center is a testament of our commitment to improving customer journeys and experiences,” observed Sabbagh.
